National Funeral Directors Association's (NFDA) Funeral Service Consumer Assistance Program The NFDA Funeral Service Program is dedicated to helping consumers make informed decisions about funeral service and funeral service providers. It also designed to help consumers understand the grieving process and address concerns about funeral service expenses.
