National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL)
NCAL is the assisted living voice of the American Health Care Association, which represents long-term care providers.

National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care
Offers a database where you can find a long-term care ombudsman program in your state. The Long-Term Care Ombudsman program advocates for residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and similar adult care homes. They provide information about how to find a facility and how to get quality care, and are trained to resolve problems.
